I absolutely loved this office!!! The young ladies in the front office were so helpful and quick... This women are actually working, what a concept, some of this other office should take note. So not only did I received excellent administrative treatment, I received phenomenal clinical treatment. Dr. Gassen is as attentive, patient and knowledgeable as he is handsome. Finally, an Ophthalmologist that actually took his time and listened. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision between “1 or 2”. I will recommend this office to everyone. Professional, Courteous, Efficient and Informative!!!! You other Doctors offices should swing by and see how a professional doctors office works!!!! Maybe you’ll get lucky Nevada Eye and Ear can lend their adept staff to train your staff on how to treat patients!
