I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does this provider use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
