They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
