Handicap issues are always a concern. They really thought things through to the point that I was able to negotiate my way to the office very easily.
Dr. Dyck was funny and took time to talk to me. He clearly showed that they had tons of experience and competence. I felt like I was definitely in the right hands. I only had to wait about 5 minutes. This provider is top notch! I've visited others in their field and I rate this one as #1. I have already sent tons of people here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care; they are that good!

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I have already sent tons of people here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care; they are that good! One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
