I was so pleased with the warm reception I got here-everyone is so friendly! I really enjoyed my visit. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

The Dr goes above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been to a Doctor who cares more about his patients than here. I was disappointed that his staff didn't seem to him very much. They are not respectful and I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Dr, Bausback is GREAT! I will sure miss him when he retires. The people running his office, Health Partners aka St. Anthony's Hospital are rude and uncaring. They may just incorrectly due to poorly trained staff if you do not watch them !!! He is worth the effort though to see him.
