Dr. Burns is very thorough, and as One of her new patients I really appreciate that. She is personable, yet professional. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a good Optometrist.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule so I can make my appointment's with ease. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Dr that simply cares and interested in your best welfare.

Dr. Burns always makes sure every single question I have is answered, and always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Burns continually keeps me abreast of any new developments in the convenience and improved vision in wearing contact lens. I always appreciate the time she takes to be sure that I am seeing clearly in every setting.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
