Fantastic man, i enjoy every visit i've ever had with him, aside from those acursed eye drops to dialate your eyes. Will continue you to go to Dr. David Chandler. 10/10 best eye doctor ever

If you are searching for a doctor that is knowledgeable and caring, that takes the time to listen to his patients and explains any problems he finds, then Dr. David Chandler is the one for you. He does not rush through exams and is great for all family members.
His staff is well-trained, courteous and friendly.

Dr Chandler is a great eye doctor. Him and his staff are friendly and personable. He shows genuine concern for your eye health. Office runs smoothly in Anniston with everyone being helpful. Highly recommend Dr Chandler

Dr. Chandler at Vision Source in Jacksonville, Alabama, is a great doctor. He is very welcoming and makes your comfortable during your exam. However, his staff is complete opposite of him. The ladies who helped me pick out my glasses were rushing me so they could leave because I was their last appointment for the day. They were very vague with explanations of how my insurance payed for part of the lens and frame. In addition, the Vision Source office “accepts” my vision insurance, but they have the right to not actually use my insurance. My insurance offers to pay for the lens and give me 60% off the frames. They informed me today that they will not do that, but will give me 20% off everything. The lady then proceeded to tell me that it is actually cheaper for me. This was not even close to accurate. In addition, the wait time can be up to 75 minutes before you actually see Dr. Chandler. I have been with Dr. Chandler for two years now and have made the decision to change doctors because of how rude the staff was to me during my visit as well as the lack of transparency in their policy changes regarding insurance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Vision Source in Jacksonville, Alabama, solely due to the lack of competence and politeness of the staff working for the professional Dr. Chandler.

Dr Chandler has been my eye doctor since he opened his office in Javksonville Al in 1995. He is a wonderful eye doctor. Would recommend him to anyone. He is awesome! Thank you Dr Chandler.

I love Dr Chandler. When my son started having problems with his eyes, he knew what to do and sent him to Birmingham to a Neuroptamogigist. He also give us his home cell and emergency numbers in case we needed him. and said for us to call him day or night. you don't find many doctors that will do that. He is wonderful
