Dr Pearson and his entire Staff are absolutely amazing. I can not say enough about them. I am 51 and in all my life I have never had an experience like I had with this office. Truly off the charts. Trust me on this. Peter/Gilbert

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
