They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
