I went to Mary Anne Peck a few years ago and found her to be caring and professional. the problem was with the glasses - there were always problems with the lenses - the lenses was so bad and distorted that I had to take them off to drive home. I will call later - receive another exam - be issues glasses and they were awful. After three times of going through this for three pairs of glasses - The tech - actually told me tin a QUITE RUDE MANNER that there was no problem- it was that I was too sensitive - I finally exploded, told them I was calling my attorney to get my money back.

I went to another OD and she could not believe how bad the lenses were - she said they do not resemble your prescription at all - I have been wearing glasses for most of my life, never ever had a problem with them- and after trying three times to get them corrected- never went back. I did have my attorney and my new OD contact her and my money was refunded.
