Dr Pair is amazing. I have been to 5 other ophthalmologist and everyone refused to let me try contacts with the exception of 1. Those where very uncomfortable and the Dr didn’t offer any other options. Dr Pair was able to put me in contacts that I can actually see with and they are very comfortable. He is very attentive and wants to ensure you are comfortable with your prescription whether it be contacts, glasses or in my case both. I will continue to use Dr Pair for all my eyecare needs.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I would send my friends and family here. I was pleased with my experience. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
