Dr. Swaim and his staff are very professional, yet also very friendly. Dr. Swaim has a very gentle, calm, quiet spirit. He is very thorough in his examanations and always makes certain I understand any diagnosis or treatment that he may deem beneficial. One of the things I like most about Dr. Swaim is his attention to preventative care and treatment. He and his staff make sure every single question I have is answered, and they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am always very satisfied with my visit. They are helpful and I leave feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I am never pressured to buy anything that I don't need, which I appreciated as I had purchased frames elsewhere. Dr. Swaim explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all of my questions were answered, and a comprehensive treatment plan was provided. This Dr.'s primary concern is my safety and comfort, and he answers every question and addresses every concern.. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I highly recommend this practice.
