NO return policy on eyewear that does not work for you. Very expensive. Seems to listen to concerns and explains things well. However, the two stars is because the glasses I ended up with do not work for me and I would of had to sink $200 more into them (in addition to the $274 already paid) without guarantee the new ones would be any better. I left with a pair of $274 glasses I cannot wear or return.

The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. To be honest, I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
