I would never recommend them to anyone. I had botox there did not work lady's do not waste your money there one it is watered down, two old three she does not know what she is doing.

I used a Groupon and saw Josanne. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left she could not have been more rude. I got botox and when I asked questions about this service I got short defensive answers. The injections hurt more than any other time I have gotten botox and still do hours later. I also got a chemical peel. When I asked about the side effects it was as if it a was a chore for her to answer my questions, and not until I was rushed out and walking out the door did she yell after me "wash it off in the morning" as if an afterthought. I was also chastised about my current skin care regimen recommended by my dermatologist, without any positive feedback as to her recommendations. I would not recommend going to Spa in the City for anyone.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and directions are well-marked. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are an absolute expert in the field. I learned more in 15 minutes about skin care and new procedures than I have in 50+ years! They gave me tons of options at good prices - practical things not over-the-top expensive stuff. They evaluated what I needed; they did not just sell, sell, sell as some other places do. I felt safe in their care. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
