Let me start by saying if I could give this place zero stars i would.Worse trip to DC I've had. I found the visit to be less than disappointing. Never got to meet Dr.Battle, just rude heavily made up employees trying to plan doctor. Extremely rude and staff made me feel ashamed of being a person of color. The staff were rude c**ts!!!!!! They said they would not help me and the so call "experts" showed very little knowledge in skin let alone people of color. This spa is a joke, I wouldn't go back to them and encourage anyone needing true dermatological advice in DC to go to a more reputable practice like the Washington Institute of Dermatological Laser surgery. Cultura just wants your money they don't truly want to help you. Please avoid this place its just a gimmick, you'll be disappointed

Yelp keeps filtering my reviews dont know why so I hope they keep it here. I have been going to Cultura for laser hair removal and rosacea treatments. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly know what they are doing- they are putting a laser on my face and I have darker skin. I am so glad I found them and if you need laser in this area this is the place to go!
