Used this location for deep tissue massage. Good but a little high in price.

I happened to be a customer in the salon that day sitting on the couch watching everything unfold with the client who wrote the review in regards to the front desk. The Salon and Spa on Springcreek has incredible front desk help. The young lady that the reviewer is speaking of is actually one of the most responsible, organized, professional, and helpful receptionist up front. She has always helped me out and been such a huge blessing. Her smile is always warm, her attitude is always joyful. As i was sitting on the couch watching all of this on the day of this ladies wedding day, well, this young lady was extremely rude, not just rude, but trashy rude. She was cussing, getting an attitude, and the front desk stayed calm and apologized for all of the mixups. I'm not quite sure what the situation was with the "tickets" but I heard that word thrown around. Regardless, the customer was ridiculously immature, her mother and sister actually apologized on behalf of their family member (the bride). The receptionist Patty actually got the manager so that the whole situation could be taken care of right then and there, but the mother and daughter said "No, she will blow up and we don't know what she will do if the manager comes outside." So, the manager stayed inside, but it was offered to try to make things right with whatever the Bride's problem was. The bride stormed out of the salon cussing and slamming the door, and the mother and sister of the bride, kept apologizing to the front desk and the manager for the Brides's behavior.
So the review written in regards to the front desk and the salon, is false. What you can expect is warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude from the front desk and management.
Take it from someone who has been going to the salon for over 2 years.

I had one experience with this salon over a two day period just before my wedding. The first day, I was impressed by how pretty the facility was. I had a shea softness treatment and a wonderful massage. Next, I had waxing treatments. The aestetician was very sweet and I thought that I'd found a new home in this salon. The next day was the day before my wedding, and my mother and sister were to accompany me to the salon where we were all supposed to get manicures and pedicures. We were running just a few minutes behind with all of the pre-weddind running around(or so we thought; we actually made it right on time), so I gave a courtesy call to the receptionist to let her know we might be a couple minutes late. She explained that other people would be waiting and our appointments may be cut short(understandably) but she was very rude about it. We arrive (on time) to find that there was a mix up with my sister's appointment. They had her down an hour later than she was supposed to be and there was no way she would have been able to do that, and there was no apology. The receptionist (Patty or Patsy) was very rude. My sister got a pedicure but no manicure. When we checked out, the receptionist was very rude to us once again when she got confused about what kind of services we received. I have never been treated so rudely, especially in a day spa. I had hoped for a little relaxation the day before my wedding, but what I spent my hard earned money on was to be treated like dirt. I also had to watch my mother and sister be treated rudely, which was the worst part. All of us agreed that we would tell everyone we knew never to go there because of the horrendous service. The salon was beautiful, the massage was great and there are some really nice people working there, but if you go to this salon be prepared for atrocious service by the receptionist, which is the first and last face you will see there.
