I started going to this place when it first opended. Owner offered me a discount to buy 6 brow wax card. Owner cut her hours down and then said I could only use the card for owner to do my brows. Well the owner was never there at times I had free. Finally when I got to use the card the owner made me pay an additional fees as she said the card lost value.
I now go to a different place for brows--the new place does a better job of doing brows.
I also was a fool to try the colorist they got from california. Way over priced and the color job was the worst I ever had. I now go somewhere that is much nicer and get highlights for a fraction of the price that this place charges. I gave this place a fair chance but continued to feel like I was being ripped off.
