I visited the west Chester location and you enter the reception area that is playing music for the salon & nail area, NOT relaxing at all. The they take u to the spa waiting area but u are only there for a few minutes before being taken back to the cold locker room where you have frayed towels & robes to choose from. When u pay/ leave its back to the noisy salon area again. Doesn't make me giddy: -(
