I love, love, love Gerta's of Austria! Gerta's has a wonderful staff, fabulous services and the perfect price, as well. Whether I go for a haircut, a manicure or pedicure, a facial or the Day of Beauty (an amazing bargain!); it is always a relaxing, renewing experience. It is a relief to have a nurturing visit at Gerta's, it recharges my batteries and reinvigorates my life in general. We all work so hard so we all deserve to be taken care of once in a while -- Gerta's is the answer!!! Don't even hesitate; make an appointment, experience it for yourself and you will see what everybody is talking about!

This is the very best spa in the area. The staff is friendly and professional. The haircuts are amazing and the other services are superb! I highly recommend the 'Day of Beauty'. It is a luxurious experience in pampering including an incredible massage which is a great value as well! Let's face it ladies, we always take care of everyone else so sometimes we really need and deserve to 'recharge' and relax. When I go to Gerda's I feel like an entirely new woman!

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The chairs in their waiting area weren't that great, but they served their purpose for the most part.
