They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
