They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
