Going downhill & picking up momenrenum. New management take over in October, 2016 from Bay Club a loss to members & SB. Corporate Gold's Gym doesn't communicate with, and is not accessible to, members or local staff, who want respond to member concerns but have no info from corporate. Service cuts allegedly resulted from minor rate cuts that members don't want; with no refunds or credits to pre-paid annual members. Website regularly out of service. Can't access new hours of operation. Equipment not maintained. TVs not working. Coffee service terminated.
