Complaint Description: My credit card continues to get charged despite the fact I was told I did not have to. After two months of seeing my account, I noticed they were still trying to charge my account. I feel their business practice is unethical and the terms of the contract should be expressed verbally as well. I was lied to and had unexpected charges that were unauthorized. Courtney is the person I spoke with and is not resolving my account issue.
Your Desired Resolution: Cancel my membership and and cancel the charges that are attempted to be collected. I visited this gym less than ten times and cancelled over the phone. There should be no obstacles such as having to come in and sign a cancellation form when you can clearly do that over the phone or email. My desired resolution is NO MORE CHARGES AND A CANCELLED ACCOUNT.
