They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.I really appreciated that they listened to my feedback. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
