I went here with some shoulder pain from moving. I got in the same day and decided to get a massage as well. It was a great place with really friendly staff not trying to make the sale every time! Very easy to talk to, low pressure and a ver positive experience

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
