Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone
Were the massage therapist's hands too cold?
Yes, I was able to bear it but it was definitely uncomfortable

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Yes, it was annoying

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Were the massage therapist's hands too cold?
Yes, it made my massage very uncomfortable

Sometimes, but not all the time

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
I had to wait for a little while.
