They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

The owner of this facility, Kelli, is an excellent LMP. she is a wonderful sports medicine therapist and deep tissue massage practioner. the facility overlooks Commencement Bay in Old Town Tacoma, Washington. the facility has multiple practioners and 5 rooms. I have been seeing Kelli regularly for over 10 years, eight years within this facility.
