Robyn went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I hada great experience every time I have an appointment here. I have no complaints. The customer service was outstanding and I was made to feel an appreciated customer. Robyn was recomended by a neighbor and she has a very good professional reputation. My massage was fantastic. She applied the right amount of pressure and I was completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. The time flies.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable.
