They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They should have been more considerate. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
