They are always extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. I never have to worry. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Was your massage therapist overly talkative during your massage?
Not at all. They were very considerate and let me relax
Are you going to visit this provider again?

No, it was fine

Absolutely! They made an extra effort to always respect my privacy
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community?
Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
