One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. There's been times where I've gotten a massage, and the whole massage was ruined because they had very calloused hands. I was so glad that I didn't have to worry about that here. They had very smooth hands, which made the whole massage even more enjoyable.

At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable. I loved that they just let me take a nap and relax during my massage, and didn't constantly try to make conversation. I got a massage to relax, and I appreciated that they let me do that. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Anytime I need to destress or wind down or just get a great relaxing massage I steer to Simplicity. Great visit every time.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
