I was very impressed by how clean their equipment was. It felt like I was the first person to ever use it. I could tell they made an extra effort to clean and sterilize it all the time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was afraid that they were going to push me too far during my exercises, but they didn't at all. I was definitely challenged, but they were always very aware of where my limits were. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
