The first time I visited Blackberry Massage, I did not know what to expect. I had heard about the high qualifications of the therapist and was anxious to give it a try. I felt absolutely fantastic after my massage. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was the best massage I've ever had. The expertise of the therapist has brought me back time after time. At Blackberry RIdge, the atmosphere is relaxing and quiet music plays in the background. There is an outdoor hot tub available year round for clients to use at no additional charge. Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I get a massage tailored to my needs. The therapist is very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend this establishment to all my friends, and have purchased gift certificates to give as Christmas gifts.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Before they even started my massage, they asked me detailed questions about my preferences for the massage. They made an extra effort to make sure I got the exact massage I was hoping for.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. There's been times where I've gotten a massage, and the whole massage was ruined because they had very calloused hands. I was so glad that I didn't have to worry about that here. They had very smooth hands, which made the whole massage even more enjoyable.
