They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I wasn't able to relax during my massage at all. I couldn't wait for it to be over. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I felt a little too exposed during my massage. It wasn't terrible but they should have been more considerate. The underlying fact is that they dismissed their therapist because she has MS and never even tried to make accomodations, which she never even needed before "DISMISSED" her. When patients ask where she is at they tell them that she is on medical leave, which is illegal under the HEPA Law. This place should be shut down for violating her Civil Rights
