A friend of mind gave me a massage certificate for my birthday. I had never had the experience of having a massage. Oh my, what I had been missing all of these years. The staff at Mind & Body Holistic Spa are very nice and friendly. They greet you with a friendly welcome. I have had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend other clients to Mind & body Holistic Spa.

I began going to Mind & Body to help with a short-term sports injury. I kept going after I was recovered because I feel that it helps me prevent injury and bounce back quickly from a difficult workout. Foad customizes my massage to whatever I need for that time. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing, and the staff is very professional.

I absolutely love Mind and Body! It has the most warm and friendly atmosphere! I am always greeted with a warn and genuine smile and hello. The music is relaxing, and I am always invited to enjoy a cup of tea after my session ends. You never feel rushed out of the spa - but instead are always feel welcome to stay and relax! Fantastic massage, wonderful staff, and great spa goodies which make great gifts (for myself as well!)

They always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I loved that they just let me take a nap and relax during my massage, and didn't constantly try to make conversation. I got a massage to relax, and I appreciated that they let me do that.

Was the massage therapist able to customize their massages for clients with injuries?
Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
