I'm sorry to say that this was the worst massage I've ever had. It was one of the coldest experiences ever. Ms. Patti was extremely rude and unfriendly. The entire massage felt rushed. She made no attempt to greet me properly, nor did she even smile. Seriously, not one smile before, during or after the session. It was as if my scheduling a session with her was an inconvenience.

I have no idea what kind of person would dislike being a LMT or dislike her clientele, but Ms. Patti seems to fit that description. I have no idea what I did wrong. Please, do NOT schedule a session with her!!
