Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

As an eating disorder client, I received poor care. She offered me no help and bashed the treatment plan that was provided for me from the facility I had just discharged from. I have a new dietitian who is incredible and a complete 180 from Cindy.
