My issues were very complicated, frustrated, and somewhat rare. Carmen was a HUGE help. For one of the rarer issues she was unfamiliar with, she researched until she was able to help me in that arena, too. She always seemed to do her utmost to personalize her advice, both to my dietary needs and to my needs as a person and within my family, such as my cooking experience, my monetary needs, etc...

She was also very flexible in where we met and when, including one time in the middle of town when we simply met for lunch to talk that way. I would recommend her to anyone, no question. I would not have been able to regain the health I have if not for her, I have no doubt whatsoever.

Carmen is a rare practitioner who has both a strong compassion as a person with an ardency to find answers which can help. I am truly grateful for her help, in conjunction with Dr. Tamura, in finding a diet which could lead me to be free of antacid medicines, and with the supplements I need to add to my prescription for those times when I do not adhere to the diet which has well proven itself to remove my heartburn. She's helped me so well, that I hardly needed to go back to visit her! That must be the main challenge of solving problems honestly and at the root---the client is not stringed along forever to pay the bills--one reason I hope others will avail themselves of her services--to give her some more well-deserved business (and help themselves a good deal in the process)!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
