I've always eaten relatively healthy. However, over the last couple of years I've developed a pot belly. I decided to see a nutritionist to see what I was doing wrong. I asked a few people who I should see and I was referred to Karen. Karen told me what I was doing wrong and created a meal plan for me. She made sure not to include anything that I do not like, which is important for me. After 8 weeks, my belly is back to where it used to be. The best thing is I am not making too many sacrifices in my diet so I should be able to keep the weight off.
