Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Christin Wooten, MS RD LDN CDE. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. I felt like an annoyance when I visited them. It was obvious they weren't committed to helping me achieve my goals at all.

Everybody changes their name when they have done something they are ashamed of. This Disetronic Accu-Chek Spirit insulin pump educator is no longer going by the name of Christin Wooten. She is now Christin Darnell (Charlotte, NC area). Extremely unprofessional. She showed up an hour late for our training session and once she got there, she received a call on her cell phone from her kids about every 10 minutes, which interrupted the training beyond belief. Someone give this girl some birth control, please. According to my endocrinologist, Disetronic also changed its name to Roche Insulin Delivery Systems to try to create smoke and mirrors about its quality. My doctor didn't buy it. The company was also removed from the Medicare vendor list and I can no longer buy my pump supplies directly from them. Low quality company. Low quality diabetes educators. Company blackballed from the government for Medicare fraud.

The health care professional had a sexual relationship with one of her patients (referred to her by Dr. Flannery). Unprofessional. Yielded an illegitimate child which she tried to self-abort during 2nd trimester. Do not recommend this dietitician.
