Lori is the first person I have met that truly gets it. It is not just about losing weight. There are many factors involved in
losing, maintaining and just nutrition in general.

I work in healthcare and tend to work long hard days. I am on call seven days per week. I also have several physical limitations and have had serious life threatening situations including cancer, brain surgery and spinal fusions. The last thing I feel like doing is cooking every night when I arrive home at 8 pm. Lori has worked with me to focus on what I can do effectively and to appreciate the small wins.

I now do feel better physically, have improved my activity and have lost ten pounds. Slow going but the overall situation of my health has significantly improved.
Lori compassionately works with you and her insight is invaluable. She also evaluates what exactly is going on each week to assist you with new priorities and realistic goals. She has changed my approach to being fit and weight loss.
I never feel deprived and I am changing the way I look at things. She is a winner in the nutrition space,

Lori is an expert in eating disorders and is nationally renowned in her field with over thirty years experience. She helped my family learn how to deal with behaviors associated with my daughter's anorexia and gave us insight into this psychiatric disorder. Her treatment approach is family oriented and patient centered. My daughter has made progress under her care. I would highly recommend Lori to anyone with a family member with an eating disorder or a medical condition which requires nutritional support. She has a firm, yet caring compassionate manner and understands how difficult it is for the patient and family. You will not be disappointed. She is a god sent for my family.

I was referred to Lori Lieberman by my PCP because of diabetes. It was a turning point in my life. Not only did my sugar numbers improve but I also lost almost 30 lbs. in just about 4 months. She taught me the right way to eat. I can’t thank Lori enough for all the help she had to give me but more importantly for all the help she didn’t have to give me!!!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
