They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They made me feel like my condition would worsen if I did not return for follow-up appointments, even though I felt it unnecessary. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. When I first started going there, they kept me up to date and informed about where I was at in the recovery process, but then they stopped. It made me think that I was fully recovered and they just weren't telling me. I wish they had made more of an effort to keep me informed at all times. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
