I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Dr. Cottrell has helped me more than any pain management clinic including Cleveland Clinic. The staff treats me like family, I highly recommend them.
