This office is BBB approved and chiropractor and podiatrist goes out of there way to get u well fast. They have been around since 1990 so very experienced.

I have been very happy with the services provided by Dr. Ballard - Chiropractor Franklin park il and their staff. Very reasonable prices and quick results. I've been happy so far and would like to recommend their services to others - especially looking for back pain relief or any kind of pain relief or spine rehab for that matter. As I understand they also provide diabetic shoes which is covered by Medicare and Dr. Ballard gave me a demo and it looked neat...glad I don't need that now. Thanks again and wishing you a pain free life!

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. SHE ONLY WANTS MONEY DOESN'T HELP WITH ANYTHING. She is being investigated by my insurance for scamming people. BE AWARE DO NOT GO TO HER.

Dr. Pamela Ballard goes out of her was to make sure you understand what is going on with you and if you need more help and if she can she will help you more then anyone eles I have gone to.
