Dr. Ronald Woods is an Irresponsible doctor, in my opinion. Overcharged patient $600 in copay fees then refused to return patient calls despite numerous inquiries by patient including faxing of validating documents from insurance company. Payment was made by American Express whose Dispute Center was also unsuccessful in contacting the doctor to discuss the issue.
