Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
