When I first hurt my back, I went to the Marshfield Clinic where I spent weeks on pain killers and in therapy. This continued for a couple of years until my back went out as I was preparing to go on vacation. I was to leave on Friday and this was Tuesday. I could barely walk and I was desperate so I called Bents Chiropractic for the first time. Lori examined me and promised me that I would leave on Friday for my vacation PAIN FREE. She kept her promise and I have been going to her ever since. Our son used her last year when he hurt his leg and was afraid he would lose his job if he could not stop the pain. I sent him to Lori and he now refers to her as the "miracle worker". Some of treatments may cause a few seconds of discomfort but it sure beats weeks of therapy under other conventional treatments

I will NEVER go back to bents chiropractic AGAIN! I had an appointment and I got there on time. While I waited, a man walked in and asked if they were accepting walk-in appointments that day, he was told yes, so he walked out, and came back in with his grandson. I got called back and was put into Dr. Bents office where I sat and WAITED ALONE for 30 or more minutes while Dr.Bent attended to the WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS! When she FINALLY came in to talk to me, she talked to me for a few minutes, then left again for about 5 minutes then came back and took me to another room. In this room she left AGAIN and I sat for almost another 10 minutes by myself, just waiting for her while I listened to her talking to and laughing with the receptionists. After that, I was finally taken to A THIRD ROOM which is where she FINALLY did what I came there for. She was not in any hurry to get to me, or to continue on with my appointment so that I could continue on with my day. I was quoted one price and charged twice that amount for services I did not request from her. I simply wanted an adjustment. I was there for a little over an hour... during which I was with her for a total of MAYBE 15 minutes, and that is being generous. The rest of the time I sat and waited for her while she either attended to others or laughed and chatted outside of the room. She did not seem prepared for my visit even though I had called a week in advance and set it up.
She criticized everything I told her about me, and was very judgmental. She even made a snide comment about some of the anxiety medicine I am on. As if I want to sit there and listen to her tell me that I am crazy for being on anxiety medicine. She isn't even allowed to prescribe medicine so she shouldn't be making comments and giving me her opinion about one of my prescriptions. I would give zero stars if I could.
