I only go to see a chiropractor when I have a headache - about every 3 months. I went here to try a new chiropractor but I didn't have a headache. He wanted to see me 6 times which frustrated me but I thought I'd go with it. I had one adjustment and after 2 days I had a headache, 1 week later another adjustment and another headache, and one more cycle another week later. I paid at time of service each time. I believe it was because he was only partially adjusting me to get me to come in again - only my left lower back or only my right lower back, etc. I decided I was done seeing Dr. Kerwin because I kept getting headaches - I go to chiropractors to stop the headaches. I received a call asking me to make another appointment and I didn't return the call. 1 month later they billed my insurance (I already paid at time of service) and then called me telling me I had a credit so I could come in again! No thank you - please write me a check for my credit. I feel taken advantage of. I would not recommend Dr. Kerwin.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
