I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I wasn't told anything about my X-Rays and I was uncomfortable starting treatment without at least seeing them first. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.
