Dr. Castor and his staff are always so courteous and professional. They are very attentive and fit you into their schedule all the time.
Dr. Castor is a very gentle chiropractor and has been very helpful to me and any conditions with my back that I have experienced.
One of the nicest people you would ever want to meet.

If you are involved with an auto accident, do not go to this practice. Michael Castor stated " Your bill will be covered by your auto insurance and anything they don't cover will be covered under your health insurance. You will not pay anything" After over 5 months of unsatisfactory treatments, when they realized they have used up all the insurance payment, they discharged me. However, they billed me additional $1500 for their services which they couldn't get paid from insurance and took it out of my settlement without my approval.

I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.
